Vise Jaws, 5" x 1.5" x 0.875", Aluminum, Fits 5" Kurt-style vises, 1 Pair

These fully machined vise jaws from Spartan CNC are designed to fit Kurt-style milling vises and support both CNC and manual machining applications. Manufactured in Fort Worth, Texas using 6061-T6511 aluminum bar stock, each jaw is fully machined to ensure accurate, repeatable workholding. To maintain squareness, the back face and side contours are machined in a single operation, resulting in jaws that are approximately 1/8″ thinner than the original bar stock. Mounting holes are then bored, and the front face is finished to final size. All edges and holes — including the bolt seat — are chamfered to remove sharp edges and improve fit and handling.

• MANUFACTURED IN TEXAS, USA using 6061-T6511 aluminum bar stock. Designed for reliable clamping in CNC and manual milling applications.
• PRECISION MACHINED. The back face and side contours are machined in a single operation to ensure squareness and consistency, resulting in jaws approximately 1/8″ thinner than the original bar stock. All edges and mounting holes are deburred and chamfered.
• FITS 5″ KURT-STYLE MILLING VISES. Designed to fit standard Kurt-style vises as replacement jaws. Mounting features include 3/8″ screw holes, 3.125″ hole-to-hole spacing, and 0.813″ distance from hole center to the bottom edge. A fully dimensioned drawing is provided to help verify fit for your application.

• INSPECTED, PROTECTED, AND SOLD AS A PAIR. Each jaw is measured and visually inspected for quality before being wrapped and bagged for protection during shipping. Includes one pair (2 jaws).
